Shot from earlier this week – more flowers have opened since, with the peak coming in the next week. I’m already starting to play bumblebee and get some selfings and a few strategic crosses happening. The first pitchers will pop open soon – it looks like Sarracenia flava var. maxima clones from Honeysuckle Road, Harleyville, NC, will be the first to open.
